8 MEAL PREP IDEAS FOR SPRING

The best way to stay on a budget, get proper nutrients, and have one less thing to worry about throughout the week all at the same time? Meal prep, baby!

I mean, who wants to come home after a long day of work and spend half of your free time preparing a meal? Wouldn’t you rather just come home and have a meal in five minutes?

That is the way it should be! Take time on a Sunday and be free for the rest of the week! No more worries about what you’ll eat each day or if you have enough time to get a meal in. It’s time to stay on track, babe.

Today, I want to share meal prepping 2.0! If you missed the first version, check it out here.

What You Need

  1. Pinterest
  2. Reusable storage containers
  3. Two to three hours on a Sunday

How it Works

  1. Open up Pinterest, search for “healthy easy meals” (or whatever you want- vegan, gluten-free, etc), and pick out a breakfast idea, a lunch idea, and two dinner ideas (I like to switch it up)!
  2. Create a list of ingredients you’ll need for the week.
  3. Head to the store and grab your goodies!
  4. Come home and cook! Follow the recipe and waalaa…a few hours later you’re prepared for the week!

Easy, right? You’ll get the hang of it! Reach out on our socials if you need anything or the comments below.
