I mean, who wants to come home after a long day of work and spend half of your free time preparing a meal? Wouldn’t you rather just come home and have a meal in five minutes?
That is the way it should be! Take time on a Sunday and be free for the rest of the week! No more worries about what you’ll eat each day or if you have enough time to get a meal in. It’s time to stay on track, babe.

What You Need
- Reusable storage containers
- Two to three hours on a Sunday
How it Works
- Open up Pinterest, search for “healthy easy meals” (or whatever you want- vegan, gluten-free, etc), and pick out a breakfast idea, a lunch idea, and two dinner ideas (I like to switch it up)!
- Create a list of ingredients you’ll need for the week.
- Head to the store and grab your goodies!
- Come home and cook! Follow the recipe and waalaa…a few hours later you’re prepared for the week!

S N A C K S
SEVEN. Peanut Butter Chocolate-chip Apple bites
- 2-3 apples
- Mini chocolate chips
- Peanut butter
Slice your apple (I love honey crisp!) into thin slices. Spread peanut butter on apple slices and add your chocolate chips and granola
EIGHT. Frozen Yogurt Covered Blueberries
- Vanilla yogurt
- Wax paper
Stick your blueberry with a toothpick then dip in your choice of yogurt. Place on a wax paper-lined baking sheet and put in the freezer for at least one hour or until hardened.
