A Day In The Life.

Hey Babes!

Happy Valentines Day weekend! I hope you treated yourself to some love. Either by yourself, shared with your hunny, or with your BFFs!

This Sunday I thought it would be fun to share a “day in the life” with all of you!

I love planning out my schedule and getting shit done. Today I want you to get comfy, read away, and then get ready for some action! I included a freebie one sheet planner for you to plan out your ideal day.

It’s nothing groundbreaking but the hardest part, as I’ve said before, is just simply starting. Today, you are going to start by just writing out your ideal day!

For most of us, there is a pretty big chunk of our day controlled by someone else, but it’s time to take control of what we can. We can finally start that hobby, sit down to watch that show everyone is talking about, or maybe just connecting with more friends or a significant other!

Let’s dive in…

That’s it! This is me optimizing the best I can right now in this season of my life.

A couple of staples I try to keep in my routine are my gym session, my walk, admin work in the am, and creative work in the pm. And I know it’s not just me. Many studies and many of my favorite people have proven that this works. I love it!

Download my free hour-by-hour guide and draft out your Monday-Friday and those special Saturday and Sunday days. Blocking time off for certain things helps you stay organized and say no to things that don’t serve you!

Download the guide below. Write out your hour-by-hour playlist of your perfect day. On the right explain why you’re doing what you’re doing. You might find that you’re doing things that have no point or serve everyone BUT you. Take some time to think about it!

Happy Sunday, Happy Valentine’s, and Happy Planning!
